Debbie Hendricks is Nick’s British buddy! As a longtime friend, it was easy for Debbie to jump into the role of Lead Job Coach. Nick thinks she is awesome and that she makes work fun because she is so silly! Nick is especially lucky, because Debbie is also a massage therapist and a CNA! She gives great hot stone massages, and is always on the lookout for Nick’s health and wellness.

DeAnna rejoined Nick’s care team after several years of remaining in touch as friends. She is a great job coach because she is an artist and brings amazing talent to the team! Nick loves to paint with her, and says that she is funny, energetic, and joyful!

Olivia Hendricks is the Awesome in Action mascot. This little cutie can often be found perched atop Nick’s wheelchair, and adds an overly appropriate amount of shenanigans to all of Nick’s Awesome in Action events! Nick describes Olivia as intelligent and confused!….he may be as well!

Audrey Hendricks, long time Job Coach, helped Nick lay the foundation for his non-profit business, and has worked with Nick for almost 16 years. Audrey’s dedication, kindness, and creativity helped Nick grow as a person and a business owner. Audrey has now moved into an administrative role with Nick’s agencies, but still provides vast amounts of knowledge to Nick and his current Job Coach.
