Awesome time at Peak Parent Center’s 2016 Conference on Inclusive Education!!
Great People, Great Ideas, Great Speakers…who could ask for more?
Audrey, Cynthia, and I loved attending the Peak Parent Center’s Conference on Inclusive Education as a vendor and self advocate. We met so many dedicated educators , parents, and advocates for differently-abled people
We cannot tell you how exciting it was to find extensive energy and ingenious ideas in one hotel!

Getting ready to sign a book!

Cynthia Hampton, my job coach we made it!….through day 1

Bronwen Buswell, Conference, Communications, and Tech Coordinator, of Peak Parent Center and volunteer super talented guitar player, Adam Goldstein (with an authentic Irish hat!)

Audrey and I discussing serious concerns on inclusion

We found an essential part of marketing at this conference was to try on the new hat I bought for my baby niece!

O.k….so maybe we had a bit of down time!

Posing with my new friend, Chris Luby, owner of Bottom Line Financial, LLC

Maxwell Orland, Key note speaker for the conference, took a moment before his speech to chat with me!

Peak board member, Brandi Young, was a great advocate! She bought my book for her young son, Clay, and found me the “I could be president” tag for my name!

Zach Woods, rival children’s book author of The disability gang series, Chris Luby, and I hang at the end of the conference! The 3 amigos!
