Giving bread, receiving Happiness!
Nick and his Awesome team have been having a blast delivering Christmas gifts to old friends and colleagues in Loveland and Fort Collins!
He loved spending time with his old friend, Gary Light, of the Loveland Visitor’s Center!
Gary told us about a very cool event that the Loveland Visitor Center is helping with:
Winter Wonder Lights
is a fun festival of lights at Chapunga park. There will be a beautiful light display, as well as food vendors and live entertainment nightly through January 17, 2018
Along the way, we chatted it up with our friends, Jacki Marsh and Heather, of Rabbask Designs.
Rabbask continues to support community artists of all sorts, and offers Guitar Round nights and performance space for local musicians!
Finally, we loved tricking the most amazing small business development partner at What If? Ideation, Robin Shukle! She was a fantastic recipient of a gag gift, and, as always, full of advice and information for Awesome in Action, Co. Come check her out at Let’s Talk Tuesdays, a free event that allows for collaboration of ideas over lunch hour. (reservations required)
What a great time spreading joy to these wonderful people, and more!
Happy Holidays, from Awesome in Action to YOU!
Good Beer, Good Business, Good Fun!
Oh yeah….good beer….good business…good fun!..all of which you can find when filling out your Loveland Brewery Tour passport. The tour provides an opportunity for passport holders to try out 8 of Loveland’s Local Breweries, and get a free cup or t-shirt.
I, on the other hand, received a great hat that is quite an honor. My friend, Gary Light, gave me one of the few printed hats available for this tour…he’s just that generous kind of guy!
I met Gary Light at the Loveland Visitor’s Center a few years ago. He is a funny and kind man. I am happy I remain friends with Gary .
The Loveland Visitor’s Center is a great place to find locally made products, from seasoning to wooden craft. There’s so much to see and learn about in this store; it’s definitely worth a visit!
